Data you provide
Interest and contact forms collect your email, optional name, selected topic, message, consent and submitted campaign/source information. We do not ask for payment-card details or trading credentials.
Purpose and processing
We use this information to respond to your request and manage interest records. Form notifications are sent through Resend to our designated inbox. If a CRM is enabled, the same request information is recorded there. These services may process information outside Hong Kong.
Newsletter consent
Registering interest does not automatically enable a paid product or an active recurring newsletter. Distribution and unsubscribe arrangements will be announced when the service opens.
Analytics and local settings
Theme preferences are stored locally in your browser. On your first visit, the hosting provider’s country code selects Chinese for mainland China and English elsewhere; if unavailable, we use your browser language, then English. Manually switching languages saves a necessary first-party wm-language cookie for up to one year on this browser, independently of optional analytics. You can change your choice by switching again or clear it in your browser. Non-essential analytics load only after you opt in. You can change your analytics choice using the footer privacy controls. Operational hosting logs may include basic request and anti-abuse data.
Access and deletion
Contact info@weimind.hk to request access, correction, deletion or to withdraw your contact consent. Records are kept only while needed for the request or applicable obligations.
