NautilusTrader 2.0.0rc7 Released

NautilusTrader 2.0.0rc7 was released on October 15 (UTC), removing Python 3.12 support and adding compatibility with Python 3.13 and 3.14. This update adds features such as negative price support for futures, local calendar-based scheduled dispatch, batch order book incremental replay, and CME Globex option candidate IDs, while also including multiple breaking changes to interfaces and configurations.
